How to Cope with hidden files
Perhaps it was thought that this was too old to be published, but actually today was a lot of my patients who come with problems-that's also the folder or file is missing (hidden).
and again many who stray into this blog through the search with the keyword "show hidden files". Most causes disappearing folders / files are caused tantrums virus / trojan. The solution, make sure the computer / notebook you are free trojan first.
In Windows Explorer provided tools, Folder Options, View:
When you've convinced your machine has been free from Trojan / virus, then the solution to restore the files / folders that have been in the fox properties become hidden by the Trojans earlier. Go to dos prompt by pressing the start button -> Run. typing "CMD".
Then go to the drive or folder that had been missing for example in E: \ and then type "dir / ah" without the quotes. ah parameter will display all files with the attribute 'hidden'
