My Nokia N70

N70 I have a few days ago error. Symptoms such as:

Hang in the middle of the road
*** At the time dial (operator number) out the message "Connection Error"
At the time of check pulses appear the message "Not Allowed"
Restart itself
My prediction:

The memory is too full
Taxable Hp Virus
File System broken
Hardware problems
