How to Configure VOIPRAKYAT at HP - succeeded!


Finally .... There is good news for users voiprakyat. fring software version 3.0 from www.fring.com, it can be in the settings for the SIP provider, this means including voiprakyat, voiprakyat users can now go online and make calls directly from your phone, provided you've installed fring HP software version 3.0 and choose a connection Internet via GPRS, 3G or WLAN.

following the steps that I did do the configuration on my HP (Nokia 6680 - Symbian S60) + 3G Internet data

1. Registration is free to www.fring.com to get a login and password,
2. after registration you will receive an sms containing a link to download the fring software.
2. Download and install the fring software from HP www.fring.com to you (REMEMBER! Have a 3.0 version, because this version is already able to set SIP)
3. after fring installed on your cell phone, run the fring software (for the first time you have to input the login information from the registration in fring.com)
4. After login is complete, then select Options - Settings - Configure Services
5. there is no choice Skype, GoogleTalk, MSN and SIP (SIP is a new choice since version 3.0, there is no previous version).
6. Select the SIP and Others for people setting voip.
7. masuksn following information to the SIP settings
username: XXXXX@voiprakyat.or.id
password: --- fill with people of your voip password ---
Proxy servers: voiprakyat.or.id
8. After all filled with good, Select OK. if no error then you will be connected to the VoIP people, Select Next.
9. You will return to the start screen, choose Options - Call - SIP Call (to make calls to voiprakyat)
10. contents of 902 and press OK to make calls to voiprakyat, if you hear a voice vote followed a woman screaming monkey means you succeed
11. To be sure, open www.voiprakyat.or.id website, choose Online Phones in the left menu, then look at the list to make sure that you are online at voiprakyat.

Apparently asyiik too, can make calls to voiprakyat anytime and anywhere mobile aja alias, without having to depend to a laptop or pc again.
