FADHILAT Qurban AND aqiqah
Both of worship are among the noble and important practice in Islam kerana fadhilatnya huge, but unfortunately people are still crowded vague or obscure kefahaman guess about it, there is a view sehinggakan mild but do not even have the ability to slaughter qorban mahu and this aqiqah . Hopefully with a little explanation for all this can help us all about worship kefahaman Qurban and Aqiqah and willingness to both seek a second reward of worship will increase.
Does it actually qurban and aqiqah? Does the law do? How many times we are required to do qurban our lifetime? Are the conditions the animals are sacrificed? What is the distinction between qurban and aqiqah? Can a bull dikongsi sebahagian to qurban and sebahaian to aqiqah? What is the wisdom or the benefits that would be obtained through the kerana perform both worship it?
Thus among the issues to be tried we peeled and perjelaskan dibahagian this and besides that would explain a few things related to worship and sacrifice aqiqah, hopefully giving a clear kefahaman until we can live it with full faith uphold the order of Allah swt kerana and get fadhilat than the deeds that we will do this.
Slaughter Qurban
Qurban qurban animal slaughter is done on Hari Raya Haji (after the prayer 'Idil Adhha) and the days Tasyriq namely, 11.12 and 13 Zulhijjah worshiping Allah swt kerana , Namely as a turn on the Shari'a of Allah Prophet Ibrahim which was then prescribed to the Holy Prophet
God's Word s.w.t. intending:
"And We made the camels were syi'ar sebahagian than Allah, you acquire a lot of goodness from it, then call it the name of God when you kill it in a state of standing (and has been tied). Then when it collapsed (dead), eat sebahagiannya and give people who are willing to eat what there is to it (which does not beg) and those who ask. Thus We have subjected the camels it to you, hopefully you're grateful. " (Sura al-Haj: 36)
"So establish regular prayers and berqurbanlah kerana Lord." (Surah al-Kauthar: 2)
Instead of the Prophet Muhammad Aisha r.a s.a.w.has said that meant: "Not a good deeds done by humans on the Feast of Sacrifice, which is more beloved to Allah other than the slaughter haiwan qurban. Indeed haiwan qurban it on the Day of Judgement will come along with the horns, feathers and hoovesnails, and indeed before it hits the ground qurban blood, he (the reward) has accepted God's hand, then lucky you all with a (reward) qurban it. " (Reported by al-Tarmuzi, Ibn Majah and al-Hakim)
Zaid ibn Arqam said: "They have asked, O Rasullullah, whether Udhhiyah (Qurban) it? Holy Prophet replied:" He is the sunnah of your father Abraham. "They asked again: Is he for us? Messenger of Allah said:" With each one good feather. "They asked:" then the delicate hair too? Rasullullah Allah said that meant "With each of the fine feathers that one good."(Reported by Ahmad and Ibn Majah)
LEGAL BERQURBAN
Muakkad legal Sunnah (Sunnah are enforced) upon those who meet the following requirements:
Islam
Merdeka (not slaves)
Baligh more sensible
Able to berqurban
Word Rasullullah s.a.w intent:
"I was told he berqurban and voluntary for you." (Reported by al-Turmuzi).
"I have been obliged to qurban and not compulsory for you."(History Daruqutni)
Although the law was voluntary berqurban but he should be obliged if dinazarkan exchange. Rasullullah Word of Allah who intend: "Sesiapa that vowed to make obedient to God, then let him do it." (Please Refer: Fiqh al-Sunnah)
PERLAKSANAAN Qurban

People who berqurban take one-third than the amount of meat, one third longer given to the poor and one third again awarded to people who can afford. Rasullullah Word of Allah: "Eat by you sedekahkanlah and save it."

Aqiqah FOR CHILDREN
Aqiqah understanding language in terms of pat on the head hair is a child. While understanding aqiqah terms of Personality is an animal which was slaughtered on the day to shave baby's hair. (Reported by Abu Dawud, al-Turmuzi and Ibn Majah)
Ibn Majah explain the purpose of "... maintained aqiqahnya ..." (To understand the hadith above) was that aqiqah it as a release for these children than the devil who try to eliminate interference from it to do good.
Instead of Salman ibn Amir al-Dhabley, that free the Holy Prophet said that meant: "For the boy aqiqahnya. Pour hilangkanlah thereof upon the blood and dirt and unclean."(Reported by Abu Daqud, al-Turmuzi and Ibn Majah).
According to Imam Ahmad bin Hambal, that unlicensed child when someone dies in a state that has not diaqiqahkan again, then the child can not mensyafaatkan both parents Hereafter later.
LEGAL aqiqah
Aqiqah law that is equal to worship qurban namely voluntary Muakkad except dinazarkan become mandatory.
Aqiqah slaughter is on the seventh day of the birth of a baby or on day fourteen or twenty-first. If you can not then when-when the time while the child was not yet baligh.
If the child has baligh, then fall demands on carers and voluntary for him (the individual in respect of) mengaqiqahkan for himself.This is based on the hadith of Ahmad, Abu Dawood and al-Tabrani, that unlicensed Prophet mengaqiqahkan ever after the king saw himself appointed Apostle.
Natural child, on his mother's voluntary aqiqahnya kerana subsistence natural child was a dependent mother not his father.Thus the opinion of Shaykh Ibn Hajar and Sheikh Ramli, when Khatib Syarbini also argues, is not voluntary for the mother of the child mengaqiqahkan zinanya though the mother gave him a living.

Narrated than Aisha, the Prophet that unlicensed ordered his companions to slaughter aqiqah for boys aged two goats each and for girls a goat. (Reported by al-Turmuzi). Instead of Ibn Abbas r.a. also stated. that unlicensed Rasullullah s.a.w. slaughter aqiqah for Husin Hasan and each with a goat. (Reported by Abu Dawud)
LAW-LEGAL AND OTHER RELATED Qurban aqiqah
If slaughter qurban itself should intend: "I will make this beast qurban to myself kerana Allah, the Exalted" and for instance, or if the slaughter aqiqah intend: "I will make this animal slaughter as aqiqah for my son kerana Allah Ta'ala."
If for some help to others then let berakad namely in two ways:
1) The deputy, then the person who represents said: "I represent for me to produce slaughter qurban for myself (or my child aqiqah ...)." The person receiving the representative replied: "I receive as a deputy to produce slaughter qurban for you (or your son aqiqah to ...)." (WARNING: People who accept representative shall carry out slaughter and slaughter should not be handed over responsibility to others).
2) By hand over responsibility by saying: "I put on al zimmah dependents host to produce slaughter qurban to me (or aqiqah for my son)." (WARNING: The recipient, if not accepted responsibility to improve, be handed over to others to perfect sacrifice for the people who berakad earlier).
Meat qurban voluntary given to the poor or awarded to those able in the form of voluntary aqiqah still raw but cooked with a sweet type of cuisine such as dates, kicap and so forth.
Animals camel, cow or buffalo may dikongsi sebhagian to qurban and sebahagian to aqiqah.
Disunnatkan qurban animal bones were not broken or have solved the same by people who mengaqiqahkan or who eat them.Just let divorced on every joint bone. Also be solved if it is not too makruh, but err hall (that is awry with the primary).
Meat aqiqah or qurban or any portion of the animal (such as skin, bones and so forth) should not be used as a reward to the person who slaughtered and people who thin down cutting. Wages for them if needed, then let be in the form wang or other property.
Unbelievers should not be fed meat or meat aiqah qurban, if had been given for example a kilo, it must be replaced with other meats to satisfy the less meat it.
Meat or any portion of the animal or aqiqah qurban vows, illegitimate eaten or taken by people who do it.
Qurban AND aqiqah rollicking
Today there are certain parties such as the Mosque, mosque or body virtues and encourage individuals and Aqiqah Majlis Qurban in a gang. Basically this is good practice for the sake of promoting the Islamic community did both highly demanded worship in Islam (Sunnah Muakkad). But that way, following several conditions must be obeyed:
Handling should be done correctly, with full trust and responsibility.
Prices charged shall otherwise include boarding arrangements (slaughtering, vehicles, wages slaughter, melapah and so if we need wages.)
Aqad or consent shall be held and qabul between people who do qurban or aqiqah with implementers (AJK Qurban / Aqiqah or AJK Masjid / mosque / Virtue Board / Individuals).
