N70 yang saya miliki beberapa hari yang lalu error. Gejalanya seperti :

• Hang di tengah jalan
• Pada waktu dial ***(nomor operator) keluar pesan “Connection Error”
• Pada waktu cek pulsa tampil pesan “Not Allowed”
• Restart sendiri

Prediksi saya :

1. Memori sudah terlalu penuh
2. Hp Kena Virus
3. File System rusak
4. Hardware bermasalah

Setelah melihat gejala dan berasumsi ria akhirnya saya coba untuk menyelesaikan masalah di tempat servis (maklum pada saat itu saya berada di luar kota) supaya cepat. Ternyata mereka juga kelihatan ragu terhadap permasalahan ponsel saya. Dan mereka menawarkan untuk mem-format ulang ponsel dengan biaya 60 rb.

Tanpa pikir panjang akhirnya, aku tidak jadi servis ponsel. Tu ponsel akhirnya aku bawa ke sebuah universitas swasta di jogja yang menyediakan akses internet gratis. Disitu kemudian saya mulai tanya ke paman GOOGLE. Akhirnya menemukan beberapa solusi.

1. Matikan ponsel

2. tekan tombol *, tombol 3, dan tombol hijau(OK/YES/DIAL)

3. Ketiga tombol jangan dilepas, nyalakan ponsel

Anda tidak dapat melakukan SMS outgoing.Demi menyelamatkan pulsa pelanggan, Indosat mengambil inisiatif untuk meneruskan MSISDN yang diidentifikasi melakukan pengiriman SMS virus ke aplikasi.Aplikasi secara otomatis akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan kepada pelanggan bahwa handsetnya terinfeksi virus. Proses blokir hanya dapat diakhiri setelah pelanggan melakukan reset handset dan scanning memory card (apabila terdapat eksternal memory card).

Cek log transaksi di handset Anda.SMS virus akan tercatat sebagai transaksi SMS pada log, namun tidak ditemukan pada sent items sebagaimana layaknya SMS outgoing normal.
